Service contract procedure
Private Day Trips (PDT) offers private trips service through Greece. Trips can be booked using online service www.privatedaytrips.gr. Accordingly, contract is concluded between Private Day Trips (PDT) and user by electronic means exclusively.
Contract will come into force at the moment of sending booking confirmation by PDT, for which user has previously sent booking request.
User in terms of this Terms and Conditions is visitor of internet service www.privatedaytrips.gr.
User can be any person or company which is using our service for his personal needs and not for commercial purpose. For using service of PDT there is no need to register, accordingly user registration is not precondition for using the service.
Subject of service is selected trips through Greece presented on web page www.privatedaytrips.gr
User can select more than one trip and each of those will be subjected to separate service contract and booked as separate reservation.
Prices given on web page are declared in Euro. If user is making payment from abroad, price in Euro will be applied without conversion.
Terms and Conditions
Subject of PDT’s operation is reservation of private trips through Greece shown on internet service www.privatedaytrips.gr
Trips are realized with private car, mini-van or van, depending on number of passengers.
Price is given per tour and per two people on every reservation. There is an extra person fee as mentioned in each trip’s description of cost. Service can be paid by credit cards, debit cards (online or on-site) and in cash.
The booking deposit is 20% of the total amount and must be transferred to our bank account or paid by credit card at the time of placing the booking. After receiving completed form and 20% of the total amount deposit, PDT will send booking confirmation. The amount due should be paid on-site (cash -credit card-debit card) before the beginning of the trip.
In case of amendment or cancelation of reservation it is necessary to make written request to www.privatedaytrips.gr.
The booking deposit is refundable if cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the starting date of the trip. The booking deposit will not be refunded if cancellation is within 15 days of the set date of the trip.
Any charges that have been received for the booking will be refunded in full if cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the set date of the trip. Any charges received will not be refunded if cancellation is within 15 days of the set date of the trip.
In case of altering, please specify what you would want to change. If it’s possible to make such change without additional costs, PDT won’t charge any extra fees, but in case that change is generating expenses, user will be informed and asked for acceptance. If user accepts cost he is obliged to pay without delay. If user doesn’t accept additional costs, it will be considered as cancelation by the user.
When you receive booking confirmation it is necessary to read and check all details written in confirmation, in case of mistake you should contact us without delay in order to send us details which should be corrected.
Vehicles used for service and services we provide are not suitable for persons with special needs, please have that in mind while reserving tour. As soon as service of that kind is available, we will post information on our web page.
If you have special nutrition requests please specify that at the moment of making reservation or latest in the moment of starting a trip, so we could arrange for requested service. However, PDT cannot guarantee that every request will be fulfilled, since PDT is not owner of facilities in question, however PDT and his partners will do everything in their power to meet all achievable requests.
